Let’s relax. Last night was not that unexpected.
BK said we would beat them.

Last night I think he was honestly surprised that his coordinators got out coached. He had more faith in them. He will correct or replace them.
Most on here could tell you what the game plan was prior to the game being played. That’s how predictable they were on offense and defense. If BK couldn’t look at the game plan and see what general fans could anticipate then he needs to go. BK has done nothing but turned promises into lies.

He said he thought we a year away talent and depth wise.
I could buy it if he wasn’t the worst recruiter we’ve had since Dinardo

Yes! 2011 was a great team.
But 2011 got blown out by Bama in the national championship.

Yes I did. Read my responses again.
-No. Not “real” contender.

Why?
And I’ll ask again. What teams from last year do you think we’re real contenders.

Because LSU beat the hell out of every team they played. TCU had untenable close game luck.

Considering the level of competition I’d say it’s a fair assessment

2011 LSU was a real contender because they beat Bama already!!!

This roster especially the secondary is shite.

The only “real contenders” last year were Michigan, Ohio State, Alabama, and Georgia. The 4 best teams.

We have mid SEC level talent i.e. typical Arkansas/Auburn level talent and we played a team that has a once in every 7-8 year roster that can legitimately compete for a national championship.

TCU was a good not great team that was extremely lucky in a few games.

Really? Because the head coach sure looked surprised

The worst thing about last night was that we had a lead at halftime and were out gaining them.
We thought we could continue the plan.
That and I think there real trust issues everywhere.
-Daniels doesn't trust anyone other than Nabers or Taylor (with good reason)
-Denbrock can't trust the Oline
-Kelly or the defensive players trust House.

I don’t want to diminish Dion’s accomplishments but you really think Colorado would have pulled it out against Florida State?

Last night was very unexpected, how can you say otherwise?
Maybe to us here but I heard several talking heads express concerns about the secondary and it possibly costing us the game. Hunt Palmer predicted FSU would win specifically because the DB and particularly the corners would not be up to the task. I was dismissive of that but it looks like I was wrong.
