We have to stop the run.
I think, very much like GA, State's passing game is set up because they run so well. If Fitzgerald has to throw to win, then they lose.
Make State a 1-dimensional, 1-man team on offense and the won't do much.
On offense, LSU has to hit some passes over the top to back up the LBs. The front 7 is pretty good, so we have to attack the DBa and win those battles. LSU's OL will need to play tough and disciplined.
State doesn't give up a lot of points, so Cole Tracy is a big key as well.

Yep. Stop or at least contain their running game. Make them throw it to win.

Hang a minimum of 30 points on them like they did to us last year.

Stop their runs up the middle. That is their bread and butter on O.
Our O needs to spread them out as their D line is very stout.
