Offensive and defensive line talent and depth.

Overall player depth so you can play elite young guys in special teams.

A quarterback that throws it mid to deep over the middle.

Hogs in the trenches, DBs, and RBs.

I'm surprised nobody has brought up Running Back, yet. We were very shallow by year end, and our guys are good, but not great. We could use an elite RB.

I think getting Maason Smith back will have HUGE impact on the defense.

We really need depth everywhere on defense, but especially the backfield.

Players to block successfully on field goal attempts and extra points. Explain basic rules to players like live ball on blocked FG. Basically, special teams makeover.

Depth, but more importantly developed depth.

The physical maturity of their guys up front is superior; looks like some of our mid 2000s defensive fronts.
