You really think JJ can progress thru 4 reads on every play? Mother fricker, we can't even get lined up on some plays, much less have him read the D and progress thru protection and coverage.

Wake up! We could have Colston, Reggie Wayne, Fitzgerald, and Calvin johnson. It doesn't matter if the ball isn't delivered or the protection isn't right or the running game isn't producing.

We aren't well coached on offense, get used to it!

i like the sarcasm, but Jesus Christ dude

Andre Johnson at tight end? pretty sure i could be the qb if we had all of those targets and we'd go undefeated

Jefferson did suck, but Brett Farve would have sucked with the OL we had. Nobody cared about the run. Teams played nickel and dime coverages and their front four dominated our OL. Florida was sending three sometimes and still killing him. When you can rush the passer with 4 guys you will keep them from scoring consistantly. How many times we had to call time out or take a penalty because while we were lined up running the check with me Les and Crowton were arguing on the headsets. Last year was a total cluster frick. Jeffersons stats were pretty good. The recievers dropped several balls he took too many sacks but protected the ball. 63% is very good for a sophmore. If the OL blocks enough for us to run the ball ok and somewhat protect the QB we should be ok on offense

Also, are you confident Jefferson can progess through 3 or 4 reads in 1 play

There isn't a QB in CFB going through 4 progressions in a single play.

we didn't have to burn as many timeouts last year as in previous years.

Les needs to let gary go and coach with full control, or take over. they can't both be running it. their styles are too different.

but to answer your question, no one. If TT and shep can catch the ball, a pretty big problem last year with tt and lafel.

Yes, very true. But we have Crowton, who will somehow manage to misuse that talent and make the WR position a weakness, even though he runs a pass first offense.

Jefferson is not the right QB for this offense. Jefferson is best suited for a running style offense with a killer defense. He is not the type of QB Crowton requires. Crowton is too stubborn to change his scheme for Jefferson, so I do not expect a big year for JJ. I really hope Miles takes over the offense and tries to focus on being a run first team or gives Gonzales the OC position.

You are correct, we must rely on other parts of the offense and NOT JJ. JJ is not the type of QB who will come through and win games, but he's also not the type of QB who will frick it up and lose the game. If we can become a run first team, I think we'll be fine with JJ as QB.

Wow, thats really saying alot. So if he is a little better than last year he would have a career year and he could still suck.

If a high school QB can get it to his recievers then a college QB should be able. I mean what QB wouldn't be overly happy with that he has to work with this year with LSU
This is one of the dumbest things I've read on the rant in a while.
