So you want to lose another TS game to play in the Dome ( TULANE??? REALLY??) to go along with what is turning into an annual OOC game against a named opponent in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta instead of in TS? Leaving LSU fans with 6-7 games in TS. One against a donut team.

Playing some shitty in state opponent in the dome every year is the worst idea I've heard about what to do for rivalry week.
With that said, we should drop TAMU like a bad habit assuming the SEC office will listen (not likely). TAMU is gonna insist on playing on Thursday every time we play in college station. Last year it wasn't a big problem because we had two bye weeks. Most years though, we'll only have one bye-week and so we'll be forced to choose between taking it at a reasonable point in the season or only getting one bye at the very end of the season putting us at big disadvantage for the majority of SEC play.

and people say I have said some dumb things. A&M wants nothing to do with the Horns because they are in the SEC and the other is in a 4th/5th best conference. Deep down, neither would care if they ever played a down against each other again. quote:

I think we should always play A&M later in the season. They're only going to get better over time. If we started playing them in early September, we'd likely see a lot of those Auburn vs. LSU games from 10-20 years ago, where the better team lost 8 times out of 10.

Tulane needs to crap on the administration that persuaded Tulane leave the SDC. Tulane followed GATech. TGech landed in a weak conference and Tulane is in a bonference tjhat holds no recigimation

Texas will never, Never, ... , NEVER play A&M again. Heck, Texas told the Big 12 to not send them to the same bowl game A&M was playing in. That rivalry is dead. Texas will always be able to say 27-25 to their little aggies. And you know what, aggie won't give two shits about it. It'll soon be like LSU and Tulane. No northern jew cares about the LSU score.
