[Then you haven't watched him. I was one of his coaches]

Leaguecity did you coach at parkway? if so I have a question for you.
This year They had a tall (2-3 inches taller than Harris, pretty fast and athletic WR with very good hands. Any idea who he is and if he is being recruited by anybody?

Oh. You mean guys that just stand in the pocket and either take a sack or throw it way when a receiver isn't open like RG III.....Russell Wilson......Colin Kaepernick....Cam Newton....Michael Vick?

I'm pretty sure he was talking about within the last 60 years.

To put a point on the thread I'll just say the term "pro-style" is constantly evolving.

There is a great young QB at Riverside, Deuce Wallace.

And he can stroke in basketball too.

Shea Patterson Calvary Baptist 2016

Jon Randall Belton 2016 West Monroe

Connor Curry Evangel 2017

Belton tore his ACL in week 7. Patterson lead Calvary to their first title. Curry started at Evangel as a freshman. Belton and Curry were both 2 time Eastbay All Americans.

Maybe if we cry Louisiana can have 9 State Championships so the garbage teams that don't belong in the dome can win a title. Oh wait....

geauxldeneye,

We had a 6-6 TE that played a little WR, Artavious Lynn. He is very gifted athletically, just needs to buckle down in the classroom and I anticipate some offers. William "Boo" McKnight, 6'2 200 WR/RB will be highly recruited next year. He put on a show in the dome against Acadiana...one of our few bright spots.

I believe Bubby Brister and Craig Nall both have Super Bowl rings.

I think David Woodley and Stan Humphries both played in Super Bowls, as well.

Patrick Ramsey was a Spurrier 1st round pick. Had all the tools of an elite pro style QB, just never gained any traction in the NFL

In retrospect this was one of the dumbest moves ever. You take away a kid's senior year and he becomes a life long back up at USC.

He was the starter his last two years (JR/SR) at USC. Won two Rose Bowls as the starter. He had a pretty good career as a Trojan, IMHO.

Chase Fourcade is going to be a good one to come out of this state. Maybe not elite, but will be good.
