He was the best player in college football and had 2 pretty amazing seasons.
He wasnt drafted.
In college, he was better than some QB's that were drafted before him.

i think steltz also had better hands than laron, i remember laron dropping several easy ints. but laron was bigger, stronger, and faster and started for four years for a reason. steltz was much better than jesse daniels imho. i'd take a laron/steltz FS/SS combo any day.

Steltz didn't have the field presence that Landry had.
