On that note, Why didn't Tommy Banks carry the ball more? Why didn't Abram Booty play more when Saban came? Why did they have to move Jack Hunt to safety?

Why didn't Heath Evans carry the ball more at Auburn? Toby Gerhart was pretty good at Stanford though. Am I right?

He is going to have opportunities to move up the depth chart as upperclassmen at the position start to depart. He could be a nice contributor for us his junior and senior year.

The only upperclassman wide receiver on the depth chart is Jr. Travin Dural. Everyone else is a sophomore, like Trey, or freshman. He can't move up much by graduation (?Dural) or early departure (?Dural this year or ?Dupree after next year). And we're not taking into account any future recruits who may also pass him on the depth chart.

Actually, that wasn't ironic at all. Harry Coleman was good.

All 82 of his tackles as a senior LB, yea that's being generous. Damn sure wasn't a beast

prejudice much?

Dural and Dupre are better....but they are better than a LOT of WR's. Diarse is not better. Quinn will make his mark at LSU....watch.

Absolutely did play at WR

Just didn't have any balls thrown his way

hat difference does

it make, we didn't throw the ball anyway. As a WR at LSU you get as many balls thrown to you if you are a starter as you do if you sit on the bench all night.

They called about 20 pass plays. If we are throwing more than that, most likely we are losing.

Nice. Very appropriate for this discussion. Based on what we have seen and read, Quinn is probably the number 5 receiver after Dural, Dupre, Diarse and Chark. Color has nothing to do with it. Skill level does. Alphabetical order has as much to do with it as color of the player. I thought you guys were against equal opportunity or quotas as you call it. The op's question about the 5th receiver's playing time and your response begs the question if color is in fact an issue for some. Your response answers that question.

Quinn will get his opportunity. But it'll be hard for him to pass Dural, Dupre and Diarse. And he has a few youngsters breathing down his neck. The WR room is filled with outstanding talent. Survival of the fittest. However, there is room for 5-7 contributors. Quinn will be in that number. Maybe not as much as some, like you, would like.

Really? Seriously? Playing the race card huh? Thought you guys didn't like that.

Don't underestimate Diarse. He is our strongest, hardest to bring down WR. He will be a high draft pick. Miles, Cam and Ball seem to disagree with your scouting report.
