13 pages arguing over a guy who attended LSU for 7 months and didn't win jack shite or do anything memorable while there. Must be the off season.

He was a first-team All-American as a freshman. If that isn't memorable to you what is? Single-handedly winning a championship in a team sport, which is totally a real thing that can happen?
The best freshman players of the one-and-done era are, in some order, Simmons, Zion, AD, Michael Beasley, Kevin Durant, and Trae Young. Only one of those players won a championship, and AD's team was completely stacked with NBA prospects. Sorry your expectations for Ben Simmons were so unrealistic.

I expected Ben to be a one and done player that didn't do shite for his team or the school. Expectations met.

All he has to do is wear an LSU Jersey or hat or something. It’s not us, it’s him...

And you think the best player on the team was the problem, not the rest of the team or the coaches? How do you come to that conclusion?

How many times do people need to post all of the ways he has rep'ed LSU since leaving before you will be able to see them?

If you hadn’t realized it, 99.9% of the hate Ben gets from so called LSU fans is dripping with racial undertones.

Where In there does it say he Is proud to be a tiger? Let's geaux! That's it? People that aren't even tiger fans say that shite all the time. A tribute to a friend that passed away? My point Is proven, thank you

No, not ever. He was never happy to be a Tiger. He never looked happy to be here. Everything he said made it seem that he was more annoyed to have to be here. This has nothing to do with him being a one and done. Being a Tiger has everything to do with attitude, and Simmons showed none of it. Naz Reid on the other hand, at least in my opinion, looked happy to be here and a part of Tiger Nation. I've never seen Simmons, post LSU say anything that sounds like he is proud of his time here. Contrast that to someone like Shaq, who reps the Purple and Gold proudly every chance he gets, and there is no comparison. One is a Tiger for life, the other visited LSU for a short period on his way to the NBA. You can be a one and done, AND a Tiger for life, but Simmons was not one of them. My two cents.

I love that people on here put so much stock into seeing an expression on someone's face and use it to come to a conclusion. People have different personalities. You don't know anyone who has a "resting bitch face?" Or someone who just looks mad all the time? It could mean absolutely nothing. Unless Simmons flat out came out and said, I hated being at LSU, then this nonsense should stop.
I don't think there is any doubt that he doesn't agree with the one and done and thinks he should have been able to go directly to the NBA. Plenty of players probably feel that same way.
Did LSU underachieve with Simmons here? Yes. Did they underachieve because he sucked? Not even close. Blame the person responsible for LSU being shite that season, and that person is Johnny Jones.
