Grey went three and Stanek went at 29 in MLB draft.

Easy way to compare the two: Gray throws harder, has a slightly better slider. Stanek has better late movement and a stronger mustache.

FTR, I would take Nola. He doesn't lose.
The reason Nola hasn't lost and the other two have is probably offensive production. LSU's lineup gives better run support.

I see Stanek described as a low 90s guy, but he was hitting 96-97 a couple of times against us.. Stanek actually knows LSU better than anyone.

Stanek and Grey both have excellent skill sets and are gifted pitchers. Nola, also, is a gifted pitcher with the intangible everyone wants; he always rises to every occasion.
