Maybe was one of the best at finding teammates though Top-5 in assists his last three years in the SEC, and Top-5 in steals as well which defensively affected the other teams PG's so do not mind it.
Ronnie Henderson, Derrick Taylor, Al Sanders, and John Williams came to mind as players that came to mind for the $1 or even $2 spots.

if chris jackson and pete maravich were anywhere near the same backcourt one would want to put them next to a lengthy perimeter defender who can always take the opposing team's best offensive player on the perimeter... Jerry Reynolds

He averaged 19/12/5 playing on the block in a Johnny Jones offense. Not to mention he's one of the 25 best perimeter defenders currently alive. Nobody's arguing he's the scorer CJ was but I haven't seen a team yet that can't score the ball with Shaq or Pistol.
