Mewelde Moore did it. As far as QB's go, I believe Drew Henson did it for Michigan.

Oh, I just saw where someone mentioned him- Jamie Howard. I admire him for playing QB for LSU, but unfortunately, he will always be remembered for that Auburn disaster...

they didn't do it in the same way that Jamie Howard and Ricky Williams did it. Technically Ricky Williams was never on scholarship at Texas because the Phillies were paying his way, he did still count against the 85 though.
