Watched Kudlow Wed. night and Rand Paul was one of the guests.
Apparently he and Trump have made peace and have golfed together since the BBB passed.
Anyway he said he believed Trump would win the majority of court cases involving immigration and shrinking the federal workforce but would lose at the USSC over tariffs. Didn't explain his reasoning just made the statement.
I'm guessing this is tied into that court ruling in April where 5 small businesses sued and won and the government appealed the ruling.

I find it hilarious that people don't take into account current market levels when talking about a "sell-off". There has never been a time in market history where a <1% move in the markets was considered a big decline
