Stock today is at like a 16% premium to bitcoin. (Contrasted with a long period of 2-4X).

Can anyone really still attempt to make a rational case for paying a 300% premium for an asset that can pretty easily be bought for a 0% premium in the spot market?

I want to know how they calculate that. Because, a few months ago his average BTC was stated to be 77K. Somehow it’s now 74k and he’s been spending 1bill/wk since averaging up. Not to mention ongoing dilution and operating expenses.

Is it really that simple for MSTR? Just look at the chart on the first page from 5 years ago.

They were at 40k BTC and 10mil shares.

Everything about applying traditional formulas to MSTR.

No revenue, no problem… EPS $32/sh

Any other company with an MNAV over 1 is a sign of over value. With MSTR, falling below one is the signal of impending collapse.

I bought around close yesterday at $171.50 after having sworn off this stock for eternity. I think it outperforms btc in 2026.

STRC staying at $100 all week is incredibly encouraging for the long term success of this stock

I bought at around $153 and super bullish. Watching for short squeeze with Grok to go in again.

This is a serious request. Forget everything we've said before about MSTR.

Can someone make an actual bull case for this stock at this time that does NOT consist of just Greater Fool Theory?

If you seriously want to know why one would buy a bitcoin treasury company perhaps you should do your investigation somewhere other than tigerdroppings Even successful USD bank shares sell at 2 to 3 times book value.

I might add that none of the people who have made millions could convince you anyway ,

What a nonsensical answer. Let me count the ways:

US banks trade at a median P/B of like 1.1.

The very best (e.g. JPM) trade more like 2.3. That is to say - the best bank of all time is an outlier.

Banks have actual earnings power which can earn a theoretical multiple.

MSTR (excluding the tiny "real" business) has zero earnings power. Its only asset is a non-yielding "commodity"

Lots of nervous chatter about STRC raising interest to 11%.

Stay safe out their fellas.

Guess I’m three weeks late to the party, like the nervous chatter.

12% is on deck.

I don't understand what the nervous chatter would be about. They have ~3 years of dividends covered in cash and ~70 years covered in BTC, and as shitty as their stock performance has been, they can still raise $1 billion in a low volume week by ATMing the common, as they've done twice in the last 6 weeks.
