I listened in. PG was his usual self but he did basically say the Sun Lawsuit had no chance in hell. So that's good news.

Anybody concerned with the open market buy from one of the board members, Milne? It was disclosed yesterday, but to my understanding, he purchased the same amount (5k shares) the same time last year. And even though there wasn’t a footnote that it was pre planned, some say that footnote does not have to be disclosed.

Isn’t that a good thing? Wouldn’t that only hurt him personally, not the business? I honestly don’t know how that works so I could very well be wrong.

Open market buy that wasn’t preplanned indicates that they are not in a blackout period, and there is currently no buyout talks. But yes, open market buys are always bullish if no planned BO.

I wonder why PG acted like Q1 was gonna be considered a slow down. If I'm reading it correctly we are at around Q4 script numbers and the quarter isn't over yet.

It’s hard to stomach, but we could see 8s soon.
