I added a few hundred dollars worth

I’ve done all the damage I can do (within reason).

Yes, today was a great indicator with steady high volume and a steady all day increase.

Demand is clearly ramping up.

Updated title for prospective investors...

It’s above $14 today after solid gains.
Tomorrow will indicate whether this will continue to run this week. It should, but $15 options expire on the 15th and we know how that can go...

Regardless, FDA approval should take us back to a minimum of $20.

It’ll continue to have ups and downs.

Can someone inform me about the 2037 labeling? Specifically why it’s uncertain and why it’s important...

I saw this on Stocktwits earlier today.

"If the dosing that Aurinia has patented is put on the
label, that secures their dosing until 2037 from 2027. Generics can still be made in 2027, but can’t use the patented dose and would need to go through trials."

It's unlikely (I believe) that another company would go through trials just to make a generic. Therefore, if the 2037 labeling gets approved, the value of AUPH would be considerably more as it would not face any potential generic competition for an additional 10 years.

As to why it's uncertain, the only thing I've been able to gather is that no matter how good the product, nothing is certain in biotech/pharmaceuticals.

I've read some things that, even if the FDA approves 2037, AUPH will need to be able to defend challenges to that in court
