Also, the location of the company that submitted doesn't affect the timing of the response. The FDA will send it when they are good and ready (today).

This is what I usually fall back on.. I didn't see anything that said Otsuka's deal was "pending FDA approval"

On the other hand, If it's a CRL it's going to drop like a rock. Depending on what the fda is asking for, I'll almost certainly sell my position after the bleeding and small bounce back.
