CNBC Running Another "Market in Turmoil" Special

They started these in 2010. Right now the 1 year forward price of the S&P 500 has been up 100% of the time when they run this (average is 40%). Since running the first one in 2010, the market is up nearly 4x.
They ran one on May 5, 2022, right now the market is slightly down from then. Will this indicator remain perfect? Is the CNBC Market in Turmoil Special the ultimate buy signal?

Did they really run a Market in Turmoil special for over 3 straight months at the beginning of covid?

I hate to say this but the only way the stock market keeps going up is if we start ww3
The market only goes up because of government money printing. The us economy is fake and dead

My takeaway from that chart is that when they start a Markets in Turmoil reporting cycle there's ballpark two years of flat S&P.
