And now Schiller is under internal investigation for taking loans from a board member as well as affiliates of EXXI vendors. No allegations of fraud or illegal activity at this point, but it sure does stink.

It's a shelf registration, i.e. it sits on a shelf with the SEC in the event they need to issue securities. I don't think it will be for an equity issuance, my gut says it's more likely part of debt restructuring.

I am really hoping for one more oil dip. Fingers crossed, want to jump in to FCX and one of these cheap independents like Stone or Linn, this one however I am staying away from.

Thats what keeps preventing me from pulling the trigger. I deal with them with work too and I think they will make it (hope) but when it hit .90 I was like...theres no way it stays there. Could have made some quick cash. Ah well

wow...watched this stock today. It swung up around 12.5% gain and then went back down over 20% to be 9 down. Unreal volatility.
