Don't freak out about the volatility of this stock. All EV stocks are a over the place right now.

It has moved into the top 10 holding for ARKQ as of yesterday. I really think this will shoot the moon in the next year or two. Im holding long term for sure.

And Blackrock owns over 6 millions shares.

Ouch!

Apparently another delay in the usps announcement is causing this

It would appear the EV stocks have gone the way of the pot stocks and jumped the shark.

That article sure makes it sound like Ford is the obvious choice. Not saying it is, but the article makes it seem as though that is the safest bet. I hope it’s wrong, because I’ve placed my money on Workhorse at the $15 through $20 range.

This article looks to me like the standard short sellers play.
Release an article saying that the price of the stock is SPECULATIVE.
No shite. All stocks are speculative. Blah blah blah company is over priced. Blah blah blah. Now the big boys will sell at 24 23 22 per share after hours and we panic and sell at 20 19 18 and they buy back at 16. Its how the game is played and we get the shaft.

I do believe that the article will hurt the price in the short term and the delay will hurt it as well.

It went as down as $15 in the weeks following the last postponement and rebounded

Yea, some folks have to be killing it on these swings.

If these are the reactions after a postponement announcement, even if they get all or part of the contract, it’s going to be insanely volatile after the award announcement. So, hold on to your butts.

The thing about Ford is its a partnership with Oshkosh and its an ICE vehicle. The Ford electric vehicle wasn't part of the equation before and should still not be a factor in the usps contract now.

Ford announced their electric delivery van what, last month? The 3 finalists were selected in July. I don't think they can change that now

workhorse is only projecting 1800 vehicles next year, 3 billion market cap is absurd

Market cap has little to do with their expected production

Cathy Wood (ARK invest)’s reaction will be important. I bet they continue to hold or buy more

Yes you should buy. Dropping 20% for a delay in the decision is mostly impatient traders selling. This stock is the same as it was before the delay. But people getting out bc they don’t think the gains will come for a few months
