Is anyone here familiar with Ozark national life insurance co?

I have 3 policies with them and I am thinking of cashing out and going to find something different. Not many reviews out there. Has to be a reason for that.

Don't know anything about them, but typically your cash/surrender value will be much less than your death benefit, so you may want to see if they have a reduced paid-up option that may be more beneficial to you. Whole life policies are designed for final expenses, so unless it's a specialized kind such as a 20-pay, 10-pay, etc., you'll pay on it your whole life which means if you live a long life, you'll end up paying much more in premiums than you'll ever get back out from the death benefit.
