No, it's not you. You have a +.66% YTD return as of this mornings updated prices. EGO is definitely hurting you now as its YTD performance is -11.89% but your XOM, V and AMZN are all up strong.
For RedStickBR, PEGA is showing a +4.98% YTD return this morning on MorningStar. I'm not sure what happened yesterday but hopefully whatever it was it's straightened out now.
Below are the YTD returns for all the stocks in our contest as of close of trading yesterday: (I won't be posting this everyday because even with using MorningStar to do the numbers crunching it still takes me about 15 minutes to enter the numbers for the 80 stocks in our contest into my spreadsheet. No one would ever hire me for my keyboard skills.
)
But I will try to post a complete update at least once a month giving the leaders at that time along with the YTD of each of our stocks.
However, anytime any of you want an update on your status just ask and I'll update your performance ASAP and post it.
If LSUtoOmaha or anyone else wants to take over the tracking and posting of everyone's results, I'll gladly butt out and turn it over to you.

@LSURussian,
Don't want to bite off more than I can chew..But I think I might be able to handle a regular update that isn't too painful.
If you want to drop me an email with the specifics you're using to get the results and who has what, I'll see what I can do.

I'll just explain how I'm doing it and if you want to take it on, be my guest.
I set up a watch list on MorningStar.com made up of the 83 stocks posters listed as their five picks. You have to join MorningStar using your email address and set up a password.
Once you do that, you go to "Portfolio Manager" on MorningStar and click on "My View." A new tab opens with all of the stocks listed in alphabetical order. To add the YTD performance % to the report you have to click on "Customize My View" and scroll down the possible options shown to put on your Watch List report. YTD is near the bottom of the list. Click on it to highlight it then click on "Add." Once the YTD is added to the headings box on the right-hand side of the page, use the up and down arrows to position the YTD % in the column you want it to be in. I put it in the third column after the stock symbol and full company name columns in columns 1 and 2.
That's all there is to it as far as getting the YTD % return numbers.
Then I just use that report to input (manually) the YTD numbers in a table I set up on Excel. As the numbers are updated in the table, each posters numbers get updated in the spreadsheet for his 5 stocks. The spreadsheet adds up the sum of the YTD percents for the 5 stocks and gets the overall average by dividing the total by 5.
Pretty simple.

Nice!
Something looks off with dirtsandwich's total. His overall return is -35.40%. But his worst performing stock is CBS with a return of -3.97%. How can that be?

Thanks for the catch...Damn decimals
When I saw the -35, you would think I would have checked it!
Anyway, he should be -0.35, which bumps him up to 29th.

Jesus, y’all gave me a heart attack. Not that down 4% is something to be proud of but I was worried I’d put a company out of business or something.
Guess indexing might be the best move for me.....
