Don't major in exercise science. Get a degree in Biology or some other science which will give you a better chance of actually getting into pt school. You and your exercise science degree are going to be competeing with alot of those pre-med and pre-dental students who got degrees in Biology or Chemistry and didn't get into school and are looking at pt as a backup plan. I'd imagine a 3.0 Biology student would chosen over a 3.5 exercise science student.

You better not be taking out many loas for that undergraduate major. Exercise science is a crap undergraduate major that leaves physical therapy as your only option (other than being a PE teacher).
I would much rather meet PT schools entry requirements and major in something more useful/has more flexible applications.
actually exercise science is the main course to go into for PT, and its not only for a PE teacher, im doing this for sports medicine and workin on the sidelines for football games and different sports. im already on the sidelines for the USA TEAM.

to get in the PT school they look at your GRE test grade and your gpa for the sciences you take and your overall gpa. i know what i am doing. and there are plenty of different jobs for that. like sports medicine. im already working on the sidelines for the USA team

You use a lot of exclamation marks and you don't always make sense. I'm betting you're female and about 19-20.

You are incorrect. If you do not go into PT, you will have no skill set available other than to be a PE coach.
Sports medicine is a subsector of PT for all intents and purposes.

He is going USA, but he hasn't worked with the team and all. But he is also telling the truth on the money issue I guess.
