I locked on a 20 year, at 3%. my 30 year was similar to your situation. My 15 year was gonna be $600 more a month and I didn’t want to reduce my 401k contribution to pay that much more. My 20 year will be about $185 extra.
Thanks

Rates oddly went up today. Nearly a quarter. I refinanced online 2.5 years ago to a 20 year at 3.25 but I also have a second mortgage at 3.5 for 15 (with 9 years left). I’d love to get that down to 2.75 or less (with closing cost credits). I was surprised to see the jump up

My current company offered me 3.625 with zero closing costs, all lender paid.

3.25% comes with no points but closing costs.

Have no clue how everyone gets these low rates. My credit score is in the high 700s and everytime I try it is always way higher than everyone else's.

I just got quoted a 3.375% for a 15 year here locally in BTR.

Mortgage rates track the 10-year treasury, and it appears to be a bit higher today, so naturally mortgage rates will be a bit higher too—even if the spread isn’t exact.

There’s more variables than simply credit score. What’s LTV? What type of loan do you currently have?

If you are in SE Louisiana, give Mr Keller a call at Resource Bank in Mandeville

I am in Laffy. My residential guy that's doing my refi doesn't do my kind of commercial so he is looking for me. I'll pass it along

Locked in 15 years at 2.75% with $3500 closing cost. This was Nola Lending

GMFS offered the same, going to keep asking throughout the week as rates are constantly changing.

I’m currently 3 years into a 30 yr at 4.5%.

Lots of money to be saved out there if you can swing it.

Any lenders in the BR area wanna throw out your current rate on a 15 year, $190K loan? Appraised value is around $275K.

Just locked in on a 3.25% fixed 30 year conventional jumbo loan from my previous rate of 4.0% which I got last summer. Seems like rates went up today by about .125% - .25% depending on the bank/loan structure.

Rates are going to depend on credit score and equity position too. Try a local mortgage broker they will run cheaper. The wells fargo, chase, etc are going to be higher.

Ya, I know, our credit scores are 800+ and 760+.

I guess our loan isn't as much as some of these so that might be the issue
