That will give NBIS a bump, but it seems that the affects of these types of announcements only last about 1/2 day before somebody starts talking about circular investing schemes...
I really hope the sentiment in this round of earnings report is more favorable. NBIS is one of the later ones to report, and if the ones who go before get judged harshly, we'll all know what's going to happen...
If NBIS keeps moving towards profitability, the logjam will break, eventually.
Debt is not an issue, as NBIS has $15B in cash and assets on hand. They could fund all their apex for the next couple of years without taking on debt, if they chose. I dont believe any other neocloud can say that.
If you couple that with the fact that NBIS is the only company that has been focusing on enterprise clients instead of chasing hyperspace, this has break out at some point.

Don't think debt is the concern, it is how they are avoiding it. They really screwed the pooch with the 2 back to back dillution of shares to fund future stuff. Yes, maybe long term that is a solid solution, but not when there was growing fear of "the bubble" and when you are currently moving up organically with the stock.

Also, this is not accurate by a long shot

True NBIS could easily spend 30bn building out in the midterm.

Maybe Im remembering wrong. Seems like I saw a capex number of 6-7 billion for 2026. Can't find it now. Is that incorrect, or was that prior to the Q3 report?

I sold 1/30 covered calls against the shares I was assigned Friday.
$105 strike for $2.25 and $107 for $2.10

It should be in that arena, but with rapid expansion comes rapid costs. Also, even with recent reports about the H chips lasting longer than 3-5 years, they still have to take into consideration the continuous rollout of new chipsets, which are coming at a record rate.

Understood. I thought expansion would be baked in, but I guess in this environment there are unaccounted for opportunities, like MSFT.
I agree with regard to the dilution. Arkady lost out on a ton of money.
I guess my point is that NBIS is in a better financial position than they are given credit for.
Do you think NVIDIA continually piles chips on CRWV because they believe that CRWV is the best investment, or because they need to be propped up?

I can’t stop buying at these prices. Not sure if I’m being dumb at this point or not. Seems very cheap for zero negative news

I thought that yesterday, too. NASDAQ up, CRWV killing it, and NBIS took a dive, on no news directly related to NBIS.
I'm hoping NBIS is quiet up until the earnings report, when they crush it and have a couple of surprises for us. Remember when they slid that META deal into the last year end report? For all the good that did...
I think sentiments is better now. CRWV is getting a huge boost frome the NVDA investment. In October, that would have been a negative...

Buy this dip?

I thought we were coming out of the AI skittishness stage, but apparently not.
I think NOT spending on AI infrastructure is not an option, so companies like NBIS are going to generate revenue. When will the investors follow?
