It peaked at $141.
It dropped all that way on very little bad news. The only news I heard before that last drop from $108 to $68 was that they had one the deal for the computer for the Israeli Government. That's why I'm a little hesitant to buy any options before this earnings report. I have a few for 03/26, but that's it.

I sadly bought way too many shares in October and not enough before or after October.

I think you're good with shares - options would be a different story. May not feel like it today, though, but hopefully it's looking up for you soon, as this stock feels very undervalued.

Do y'all think NBIS deliberately moved their earnings report so it would be a week BEFORE Corweave's Q4 report? Seems like the last couple of CRWV reports have been a drag on NBIS...

I wonder how far the stock price will drop on this news? I'm just waiting for someone to put a negative spin on this...
I think the thing to get this stock out of this funk is to absolutely kill the earnings report and show a timeline to profitability. We already know that the hyperscalers are going to be spending like crazy for the next few years...
ETA: This is big news and you can see how NBIS is methodically building a product that will not only attract customers, but keep them in house for a long time.

What are we thinking leads earnings?
1. Final ARR numbers for 2025
2. Adding another hyperscaler deal
3. Reiteration of 2026 ARR of 7-9bn
4. Revenue beat
1. Final ARR numbers for 2025
2. Adding another hyperscaler deal
3. Reiteration of 2026 ARR of 7-9bn

All of the above, plus discussion of a timeline to profitability.
The Jim Cramer's of the world are shitting on AI related growth stocks because they are spending too much money on capex and aren't profitable. Just how the hell else do you expect the company to grow, Jim?
1 & 3. I think they have to meet 2025 numbers and show that they are on their way to meeting or exceeding the ARR predictions for 2026. The questions after Q3 were not that the projected 2026 ARR wasn't great, it was over the execution of the plan without a mountain of debt.
2. I think there is a hyperscaler deal that we will learn about on Thursday. Just a gut feeling. I'm sure you feel that, too.
4. Revenue beat - This worries me, because I feel they avoided the question about whether the Vineland facility was behind schedule in the last report, and maybe those MSFT revenues are slow coming in. If they miss on earnings, even if by a little bit, that can screw up the whole NBIS sentiment and prevent it from taking off this month.
Regardless, NBIS is in position to double in the next year, if they keep doing what they say they are going to do. If they meet ARR projections for 2026, it would almost seem that they almost have to clear that $200/shr hurdle.

It's sinking in now. Nebious GROUP just got bigger with this acquisition.
Tavily is now another fully owned subsidiary like Toloka.
It's yet another revenue stream!
I have full confidence in Arkady to pick winners and this one will improve the entire AI platform.

Remember when we used to have a nice run up to earnings, as people anticipated a good earnings report would cause the stock to blow up?

I’m on the fence. They’ve been so quiet lately that it really could pop either way.
