In short term, I don't recommend anyone buy Eth in the 900-1000 range.
There is a gargantuan sellwall now at 1000-1010 consisting of almost 9.5k ether. Unless there is a huge rally, it will hit it and rebound back down.

This is the take-home from this crash, IMO. We're going to see a restructuring where money flows into projects with potential instead of memes with a POSSIBLE flippening at somepoint in the year with Eth overtaking BTC.
Although it is interesting ETH is crashing at a faster rate than BTC, but I suspect that is because people are turning their altcoins into ETH to then turn into fiat instead of BTC since the fees are cheaper and transactions quicker.

It will fluctuate up and down so there's still waves to be ridden, but I suspect as time progresses, it's %marketshare will drop. It is the crypto equivalent of gold- wealth storage.

Yes people are doing the conversion to ETH for the cheaper fees and then getting out into fiat. However another big factor is the BTC whales have bots set up to artificially suppress the price of ETH in relation to the .1 ratio.

BTC is a dying coin. It’s a dinosaur that has no underlying value aside from trading as a currency. The fees are so high and only increasing to the point that BTC is unuseable. ETH will flip BTC at some point this year.
