It’s at freaking $1.45. Almost down 100% from yesterday

First of all, you're way behind. It's at 1.70
If you are this worried it may not be the game for you.

This play is going to be extremely volatile through end of 2025 and into Q1 2026 ...

I sold 1K shares yesterday at $2.60 and am freerolling with 1K shares so if it goes to zero, so be it ...

This guy nailed it with the daily moving average call. I bet he's a shareholder now.

Short Report Thread

In terms of full discussion. Havent looked at details yet but laughed at the do not get Vancouver'd (recall I have mentioned that was my initial hesitation) lol

Edit: Some of these claims will take some time to evaluate - others not so much.

1) The HQs claim - I could have told you that. KB has been in Austin for months and their ops and personnel are in KSU and Manchester. I assumed this was rent a space if anything or corporate counsel. This does nothing for me.

2) CEO Directors - Sure seem to me they were fired/pushed out based on change in direction in early 2024 and the need to prepare for Nasdaq. I believe the KB rhetoric on this and find it consistent with uplist. Bringing in fresh independent directors from Austin (atleast 2 now) is not consistent with PnD movement

3) KB is KB - If you want to attack her experience that is fair game I guess - although I think she seems to have a handle at this stage. Time will tell.

4) R&D spend - that is done mainly through the GEIC with the GEIC partners. Yes Sorenson still playing around but the lack of R&D given the GEIC relationship is not bothersome.

5) Directors - Again I believe they were pushed out and replaced with directors more conducive to US uplist. You do not go and hire a former audit firm managing partner to your board if you are planning to P&D - makes no sense.

6) K Bam being K Bam on the threats.

7) Sketchy players behind it - it was a $.10 penny stock surviving on PIPEs - you are going to have a murky pool like that to stay alive. If they did a PIPE today with those characters I may change my mind

8) I know nothing about Volfpack - not sure if they are pushing it somewhere - hasnt been in my thesis

9) I want to look into ISO certification

10) I want to look into Graphene Council - I believe different than GEIC but want to know more

11) Warrants due tend to exercise when in the money - not sure how this is evidence of a short

12) Revenue - again pre revenue company - not sure the point - no one is purporting to invest off current year multiple.

6)

This is the risk in something like this. It may come back up. But always a huge risk in any penny stock

Is there any news at all or was this just sheer panic from rising too high?

It was dumped.. then pumped....then dumped. I imagine that is how it goes. Hopefully they defy the odds and become a real company at some point.

No. The publicity caused a short attack so they traded it down all the way to the 12 day moving average.
If it can hold 1.45 that's a good sign, but if it can't, then it may go all the way below $1. Just my guess.

This is what happens when social media gets involved. All those short term buyers become sellers and they will panic sell forcing the price down lower than before the pump. It’s better a lot of times for small companies to grow organically.
