Early on, I was buying in the AM, then selling mid-day if it grew. Those big +20% days had selloffs in the afternoon so I followed suit
But I've been holding and lowering my basis these past few down days

I got shook today as I’m low on confidence. Of course I literally marked the low of the day. Second time I’ve been blessed enough to do that.
Holding 500 shares now.
Might jump in if the dust settles, but ultimately I sought capital preservation.
Probably a huge announcement tomorrow!!!

Really hoping Ingoringa returns soon. He did a ton of research on this company, and brought a sense of informed, rational thinking that really helped me see through all the noise and stay focused on the base thesis that caused me to buy in the first place. I’m planning to hold long, but I may need to quit visiting this thread for a while to limit the emotional roller coaster

My problem was X.
Staying “informed” hurt me.

I’m the same…and fwiw, you’ve played a very similar role for me with NBIS.
I have no business buying individual stocks, but I enjoy (some of) it and appreciate those who take the time to research these companies and then are generous enough to take the time to share with the rest of us

Don’t leave this thread Igor! I am the one who owes you a Waffle House Grand Slam when we hit $50/share. We know you can’t just walk away from this kind of incentive.

I now realize that when shares are leant out it signals that a short attack may be coming. This was the motivation for igore sharing that information.
My assumptions were wrong.
My ignorance led to my false accusations.
I will shut up now.
No worries. I should not have gone from 0 to 60 in my reaction. It is all good - we all have the same goal.

Do some of you play the game and sell half at ~1.40 and then re-up at 1.15?
For HydroGraph I personally add shares any time it drops below $1.10 and I do not plan to start selling until it hits $4.00. I will probably sell enough to cover my total cost in remaining shares and let that ride for 10+ years.

I have made 4 purchases.
$1, 1.70, 1.88 and then doubled my normal share purchase at $1.17
I really timed it badly on the 2nd and 3rd purchase. If it drops below $1. Other than that, I’ll re-visit in about a month when I have cash to spend. I’d really like to drop my average but I’m honestly pretty tapped put right now.

I understand, a significant portion on my shares were bought very early and that makes my position unique.

Is it anyone on this board nervous that it’s about to go under one dollar?
All the big guys on here guaranteed this will be a home run. Why don’t investors think that?

Until we see contracts, it may go under one dollar.
I’m jealous of Mel’s because I’m assuming they got in at .30 or something like that.
But I will buy some fair goes under one.

Depending on my timing I do not get nervous, for HydroGraph my timing for a homerun will be mid to late December. If the price to continue to struggle at that point in time, I will begin to reassess. I understand the anxiety, however I have been watching this company for some time now and I feel good about the long term (5+ years) growth. It is hard to get nervous about what is happening today, however it will take time for the lies being spread to be properly exposed. Ms. Breure's interview last week went a long way to calming any fears that I might have had. The technical knowledge she demonstrated was outstanding and her intimate knowledge of the research at Rice University was impressive.

Go to the original shtlf thread before the SLI thread. Thats how I predict the next 5 plus years will go for this one. Should be some bucks to be made for those getting in pre uplist but have your stops in place.

I’m just saying it’s not a huge soup and anyone could’ve watched the YouTube interview video last week
Everyone knows they have over 30 people that want to get a contract and they just got a new office.
So what do the people on this board know that the experts don’t?

Who guaranteed anything?
The first post said this is binary - either worth 0 or billions. Yes as longs I and I am sure others are betting on the billions but who in anyway guaranteed anything? Pretty much gone out of the way to say speculative 100 times

The amount of research in the graphene space is significant and the number of companies vying to set themselves apart is astronomical. For HydroGraph to be at the forefront is what has my attention.
I watch activity at the US patent office as well as the regulatory space (state and federal) for movement in this industry very closely. If the investors see the same things I do, then my concern revolves around the permitting obstacles. I do not know what their emissions profile looks like, however it could be significant if they are truly looking to install the number of Hyperion units they are claiming they need to supply their potential customer base.
EDIT: On the flip-side of that, if they are going to be installing enough Hyperion units to trigger a significant permitting threshold, then my friends, we will be all be as happy as a duck in the rain...
