If they need to exercise warrants to get them to November ( which I guess is when they may have a 10mm sale) it would only drop the share price by 1 penny.
So dilution is not a problem.

I know this is unrelated to the stock price of HG but I just visited Houston Museum of Natural Science and it had a section about Graphene. I watched the presentation video and it gave a history, scientific explanation, and useful applications of Graphene. It ended the video by saying how companies around the world are looking to find a way to make pure graphene. I was tempted to tell a couple of people watching next to me about HGRAF but didn’t want to come off as a weirdo.

I’m going to jump in too withe the probably list purchase for me. I’ve had a limit order set for a week but I feel its time to jump Or get off the fence.

The whole market may take a dump today.

OTC short interest are only reported twice a month. Those numbers were from Aug 15.

Don’t know what you’re looking at. I’m on Fidelity and HGRAF has been above 1.50 all afternoon. Is there a lag?
