Maybe to prime the pump for a customer they will announce shortly?
I hope that I’m wrong but isn’t it too early in the process to be signing customer contracts?

I know they have said they have a fair amount of standard graphene on hand, and I can't imagine that a paint intended for GPUs would require THAT much graphene. It seems like the perfect first customer would be a chip maker...

Once they begin selling the graphene produced from Manhattan, KS they will lose their permit exemptions for an R&D facility. This might not be an issue, but they must tread carefully.

That may be from July, but why post it now? Maybe to prime the pump for a customer they will announce shortly?
Good question - skeptically I was wondering if it was to try to hold the tide as the Houston announcement seems to be dragging.
But given I see no talk of it in the last few months - I do not feel it is a retread so who knows. Market seems to have accepted it.

I did not realize that.
They could still announce a first customer for later next year once the Houston plant is open...

I must correct myself, it appears they can sell it but only for R&D purposes. They lose the exemption if the material is distributed to consumers.

Kerry Landis officially added to the Board - He was the nuclear expert that got Jay Taylor going on this.
Edit: Press Release
Replaces an old board member which I like.
They disclosed he holds 9.3 million shares and this really helps lock those down. Further, for a guy to hold $12 plus million in shares that he helped move up, joining the board is about that last damn thing you would do in a pump and dump.
Positive all around

So now we have 2 guys on the BOD with extensive govt. connections for both military and industrial use. I really like cards we're pulling on this.

Rather than selling, I've been holding and adding shares. My strategy may or may not be successful. Only time will reveal whether or not my strategy is foolhearty.

The temptation is always there to sell 15% if it gets back up to 2.75.
But what is that really going to do for me?

Been a good week so far on the upswing
Wonder what the short positions are right now and what they’re thinking
I know my rear end would be puckered up right now if a lot of of them have pretty bad positions

No news that I am aware of - love a slow drift up leading into (hopefully) news.

I have not seen any news. The optimistic side of me is hoping they announce the Houston facility.
