wait i thought the conference tomorrow was a teleconference - looks like it is not - i guess no info
Lots of billionaire investors in attendance. I think it’s another good sign that we’re not dealing with a pump and dump here and could lead to some large purchases on a Monday. I’m probably being over optimistic from just a conference but a man can dream.

The question for me is if it runs up beyond $2 will it set up for a swing trade if the shirts attack it again or will it hold that level.

Same here. Trying to peel some kind of profit before it goes back down to get more.
But what if the train leaves the station for good?

Serious question.
Why do I keep hearing comments like this?
What am I missing?
Am I that gullible?
I believed the CEO when she said we will easily be at the qualifying price for Nasdaq by next year which is $4
She basically said four things will happen over the next 5 months.
1. Acetylene pipeline contract
2. Production site purchase and build.
3. Purchase order for graphene.
4. Listing on the Nasdaq.
Are you guys doubtful that this will happen?
Sorry I come across as a dick.
Im a direct person. I have no people skills.

I think you keep hearing comments like that because that is the bar position that this is all a sham with someone purposely pumping the stock in hopes of dumping their shares.
I say someone because the only benefit of a pumping dump is to someone that holds a significant shares pre-pump which would not include top management.
So in derisking this investment, some of us are focusing on as much evidence as possible that it is not a pump and dump. The company is susceptible to that given the lack of revenue and a lot of promises.
Obviously, as someone who started this thread, I believe them, and I believe in the technology - but I try not to be blind to risk

Did anything come out of the presentation?
Any update on the Houston announcement?

This does not sound like good news.
No contracts no acetylene news, no Houston news. The US Gov never moves quick. Just more of the same propaganda from Kevin.

I think that is Kevin being Kevin.
Where I do agree though is I will be getting a little more nervous if the Houston announcement does not happen in the next few weeks. Not that I care this week vs next month etc but it is a matter of credibility.
I believe in management but want to see them meet their announced targets on time - otherwise it feeds into the bear narrative. Given I am well above my basis I have some time to run this if it does slip but I will be watching.
A side note I am watching is to see if there is any sign of early trading action tomorrow on the Canadian side related to the presentation yesterday. For 9 straight trading days the volume on the Cdn side has been below 2 million (and actually same for the US except one where it barely breached 2 million). So any reasonable size investment from the conference could be a short term bump - but who knows.

This does not sound like good news.
Shareholders getting paid on a takeover won’t be the huge play we’re all hoping for but also won’t be a kick in the shorts.
The govt coming in and taking a stake would be huge if it happens.
I don’t mind the delay in news on the proposed plant b/c I can imagine the permitting and regs have to be a PITA for something like this.
Holding.

Looked on RH and it’s not listed. How do I invest in this?
I bought on Schwab. It trades on the Montreal exchange, so they charged $13.90 USD commission.

I just listened to a month old interview of the CEO babe on Youtube. She said they have reached an agreement with an acetylene supplier but they have to still work out fine details. The Kansas plant uses bottled so this will be good. It has to do with solvents in the bottles being minutely different, etc.
ETA: She also said she thinks it will be at $4 and be able to be listed on NASDAQ by 2-26.

summary from ceo ca of someone at the Saturday meeting. nothing too new but thought i would share:
I also attended the conference, saw the presentation and spoke with the CEO. My takeaways will be mostly known to you but here you go:
1. Naturally nothing new was shared.
2. Was able to hold a jar of graphene (10g). It was incredibly high volume for just 10g of substance! I wish I got a picture ? It was about the volume of a large coffee mug.
3. I asked about post explosion synthesis processing to create new products. The answer was yes, it’s certainly possible but most of those are niche and/or long-term projects; she re-iterated they are very focussed on the core products and will pursue other niche markets later.
4. They were pleasantly surprised with the results achieved with study on heat dissipation with copper.
a. Despite the focus on core products, they are excited to see what more their graphene can do and do expect more happy surprises!
5. Discussed the toxic dyes filtering and how often the filters need replacing when they are fully filled with dye. Not much is known there, but they know the graphene doesn’t degrade so it’s reusable. Kinda good news / bad news… it makes for a great product that over time will be great value for clients. It will mean less graphene is sold though. TBH I’m a bit fuzzy on this one so take it with a grain of salt.
6. Talked about the turbostratic nature of their graphene as I wasn’t totally versed on this. They mentioned that the turbostratic (irregular stacking of sheets) allows their ‘few’ layer graphene to maintain the superlative properties of monolayer graphene. The reason is that the turbostratic nature keeps the layers apart, so they don’t stack tightly together. This allows their graphene structure to exhibit the monolayer properties. Plus, as we all know, they can produce this high-performance graphene in high quantities quickly and consistently.
a. Further to that, I asked how long it takes to offload the graphene after the explosion synthesis… it simply drops down after waiting only seconds. The process to fill up the chamber can be done right away for the next batch.
7. There was talk of combing small flake (Hydrograph) and large flake graphene (Other Companies) to take advantage of the properties of both in the future. Don’t know much more about this but an interesting tidbit. My speculation is that the easy to produce small flake graphene can bind together and better disperse the large flake graphene. This combines the better dispersion of small flake graphene with the higher conductivity and mechanical strength of large flake graphene. Likely the product would have a high percent of small flake to surround the large flakes to prevent aggregation.
Grok Summary
Small Flake Graphene: Best for cost-sensitive, bulk applications like composites, coatings, or energy storage where high dispersion and surface area are key. However, it sacrifices conductivity and strength for applications needing large, pristine sheets.
Large Flake Graphene: Ideal for high-performance electronics, films, and membranes where conductivity and mechanical properties are critical, but it comes with higher costs and processing challenges.
8. Talked about companies integrating the graphene into their production and how this extends their eventual commitments. Every company is different in how they’ll incorporate the graphene into their production process and the whole process from lab tests to proving production processes and results takes time (1 – 2 years).
9. I asked about the EPA progress and they are very, very encouraged with the application progress so far and mentioned to hear something next month. No promises of course with government timelines.
a. I also asked if the EPA timing was delaying contract announcements and the answer was no.
10. We talked about the US GEIC and this doesn’t seem like a long-term event. The indication I got was this will happen sooner than later, and Hydrograph will be involved.
11. Commercial contracts coming in late ’25 or early ’26.
a. 1,000+ tonne/year customers in queue.
12. NASDAQ still projected for Q1 of 2026.

We are nearing our one month high of 1.57.
Wonder if this triggers the a small sell off.

I'm not worried. Either this will pay off in 2026, or it won't. Day to day fluctuations are irrelevant to me. I'm just sitting on my little pile of hope (shares).
The news will eventually break, and it will be good or bad.

Well it looks like someone is slowly accumulating shares.
The price has been creeping slowly higher over the last two weeks with no new significant news.
