What are you buying on without paying $50 in commissions? I looked the other day and Schwab charges $50 transaction since its foreign.
Or is that just part of the deal? I guess at $1400 its a drop in the bucket....

When I placed my order on Schwab, it warned me in advance, there would be a $6.95 foreign stock fee. I had to ok that in advance. They actually charged me $13.90.

the resilience of our baby has been stunning.
i'm disappointed in a delayed news flow based off expectations set by management, but the stock has held and moved so I can't complain about that

Swedebabe released today that all the good shite we were expecting this year, or first Q of next year is now hoped for in 2026.
quote:
We anticipate breaking ground in Q1 with the 70,000 square foot building operational by the end of 2026, housing 5 reactors and scaling with customer demand for a full capacity of 350+ tons annually.
quote:
we have discussed future plans as to whether further integrating in the U.S. or a potential NASDAQ listing would be in the best interests of the Company. While no application for listing has been submitted at this time, these initiatives remain under consideration as part of a broader strategic review aimed at positioning HydroGraph for long-term growth.

We jumping ship in the morning or still holding?
Posted on 10/22/25 at 6:56 pm to RedHawk
I’m holding but I only have 2000 shares.
Given what they’re trying to build out I’m not concerned about them raising capital but would have liked this to have been part of the original plan. Will see what fallout there is once people digest this news.

I am waiting for it to hit $130 so I can pay the taxes and walk away with a hunnit, per share.

Kevin Bambrough's thoughts in regard to the announced capital raise.
"Kevin Bambrough
@BambroughKevin
Was a bit surprised to see $HG $HGRAF announcing a capital raise… but not that surprised because the Gov shut down is causing delays.
Having additional capital to at this time to hire more scientists, order equipment and build more Hyperion will pay off.
I’m happiest to know that Dr. Sorensen will be able to increase his team to scientists ASAP. This is something I’ve been focused on trying to help them with from day one. He has many exciting experiments to conduct and piles of patents that I don’t just want to see filed. I’m desperate to see them filed.
I’ve come to understand that they are opening up an entire new branch of chemistry. They are in a very special position to be the only company in the world with the ability to figure out all the wonders of working with 100% SP2 bonding graphene. I was adamant that they need to ramp up R&D when I had my meeting with management and the board in the summer.
I’m also extremely pleased that they will be working with Canaccord as I’ve known their banking team for decades. They will be able to do much more than just raise capital. I expect a lot of high level introductions to follow with major companies around the globe.
On top of this, I would expect that it will be only natural for their advisor network with AUA and PM’s with AUM to get in the Hydrograph story. This should also lead to interest from there research dept and Hydrograph has the opportunity to obtain research coverage.
Canaccords global reach and I think around $125bln in client assets is huge.
This should also be a well subscribed offering as it would appear it should be the last offering they need. This capital should find enough Hyperions to make them highly profitable as we exit next year." LINK

Similar sentiment. I picked up some shares on Monday during the drop below $2. I could handle another drop to the mid/low $1s until next year. I still think the upside is worth the downside risk.

One way to look at this is everyone involved wants shares. We’re all in for less per share than the investment bank.
Posted on 10/22/25 at 9:56 pm to igoringa
So looks like it’s at $2.90 CAD which is $2.07 USD. Does that make $2.07 the new floor? Or does that make $2.07 the new ceiling.
It does seem we should have been hearing a lot more updates on things and the lack of updates is disappointing.

Well remember the unit includes half a warrant too so yeah suggestive of a potential softness in my opinion.
Summary of Offering
I still am surprised on this offering. They have $10 million Cdn in cash basically with no expense. They plan to use $5 million for building out and $1.5 million for other expenses (hookers and blow)... but leaving them working capital after buildout of over $20 million. That seems high for pre revenue so makes me wonder if something is up. I just don't get the need to raise that cash to sit on the balance sheet right now.

Ah yeah you’re right. Looks like the warrant execution price is $3.50 CAD or $2.50 USD.
Yeah this doesn’t give me great warm and fuzzies for the short term of this stock

This doesn’t sound like something that will continue this nice steady climb we’ve been having. And also sounds like there is not any hope of some huge news coming in 2025 that would cause a pop.
I’m sitting on about 11.5k shares and I’m still in it for the long haul. But I’m thinking of selling off tomorrow and then buying back over the rest of the year at what I think will be a lower price. I’d love to increase my shares without spending more money.
Thoughts?

What is your buyback?
1.80?
1.40?
1.80?
1.40?

I tried that once with HGRAF and ended up paying slightly more to get back in. Want do that again. If I was on a huge stake I’d probably see half and just wait and see.
Posted on 10/23/25 at 7:07 am to SquatchDawg
I’m thinking 1.50 just in case it doesn’t get down to 1.40 for long again. If I sell some around 2.25, that’d be a 50% gain of shares.
I’ll probably chicken out and not sell everything in case I’m way off on what’s about to happen. I’m thinking I’ll just try to 5k shares into 7500.
