As a former small cap short seller I can almost guarantee it by look at the chart only. They’ll do a reverse split within a month or two to stay listed, squeeze it out higher then continue dilution for capital raise til under $1, rinse repeat for eternity. Death spiral charts are short sellers favorite. Never long trash names like this. I have no idea what they are or what they do and haven’t checked the filings or dilutiontracker.com but I know a pig when I see it. Cheers!

Investing is tough as shite when you see this price action. Browse through their investor presentation here LINK. There are high executive employees from Exxon, Dow, etc that came over. They built and spent $$$$ on the first plant. It’s hard to believe that this is going bankrupt. See ENPH around 2015-2017. I hope this is the same case.

The problema are the amount of capital needed to build a larger facility and the low royalty rates, typically 3-6%, for licensing in the chemical industry. Plus the jury is still out on what gross profit margins are achievable when running a plant themselves.
