There's no way you really lost at home to the Blackhawks...right?

This Oilers Avs game is intense

No way thought it would still be 1-1 this late

Awesome game. This will be another fun playoff series

Got a hall pass from the wife to be here tonight. No curfew.

That was a weak call in OT and refs missed about 3 high sticks on Oilers over the night

Georgie played amazingly - I have way more confidence in him going into playoffs than Kuemper last year

Evander Kane is still a piece of shite

Hope we get the conference finals rematch

Bouchard made #37 look silly on the game winner. Oilers look like they finally have the goaltending to win it all.

Time for the Penguins to tear it down

Not until Crosby and Malkin hang it up. Capitals are in the same boat.

It’s a 4 on 3 PP. The PK in general is going to look silly because they’re screwed with how much open ice there is.

The irony in the weak penalty call (it was one for sure, but the refs weren’t calling that/high sticks on EDM all night until then) in OT is just seconds earlier Byram missed a chance to end it by inches.

EDM vs a healthy COL team would be a whole hell of a lot of fun in a WCF series.

yeah, certainly felt like a preview for the WCF.

Tomorrow night will be a fun one out here in the west. VGK need a point to wrap up the Pacific, barring an incredibly unlikely Oilers loss to the Sharks. Kings play at Anaheim and need a point to hold off the Kraken from possibly overtaking 3rd.

Obviously, I want to see the Golden Knights win the division and get the top seed in the West but the possibility of a VGK - Kings first round matchup is juicy. Especially with the possibility of Jonathan Quick playng against his old team.

if the isles get a point tonight, Pens are eliminated

would be the first time since 74-75 (season caps came into existence) that none of Caps, pens, flyers made the playoffs

Wait? What? I know I have not followed the pucks much this season, but again...Wait? What?

So did the fire sale in Chicago I am just now learning about include Toews, Kane, Flower, and whatever goon was playing D for the Hawks? I know Wells got traded to Dallas in some fricked up deal as he is now an Austin Star.

Jonathon Quick is a Columbus Blue Jackets legend. Dude is undefeated in net for us.

I would believe anything at this point, since the Habs sucked so much I threw in the towel after game 2 of the season.

Quick was originally traded to the Blue Jackets on March 1st. The next day, Columbus traded him to the VGK. The Knights and Kings have played each other once since then but Quick sat out that game. As it currently stands, Quick looks to be the #2 goaltender behind Laurent Brossoit heading into the playoffs.
