I’ve never watched so can’t comment, but I would assume a biased broadcast at that level.

Lsu fans say the same about dudes making 50k a game?? and most of these "homers" are much better than the random live streamers that can't even pronounce the name of the school or town correctly - Magnum for Mangham or ED white for E.D. White

caught the 4th qtr of Dunham-LCA and it sounded like they pulled the biggest Dunham fans to announce that game. The dudes were screaming and cheering on every big play. I get being biased for your team but man.
Well, yeah! It was the DUNHAMlive.net feed so of course it was two volunteer dads. So is the PA guy at the Dunham game. You could always mute it. You think THEY were excited? Have you ever watched the last 3 minutes of this game?

It was a great high school game. Sumner shorten the game. The wing t is a thing of beauty. The last time we were this good that is the offense we ran. Our defense won that game.
It sucks that these two teams aren’t playing in the dome. I hate that one has to lose. Our oldest played for Dunham. My dad played for Bunkie from 1958-1960. I practically grew up in Bunkie. The last time Bunkie was in the semis was 1988 against defending state champion Jonesboro-Hodge. Bunkie ran the wishbone and used it to come back from a 28-7 deficit to tie it. Got the ball back with seconds left and, instead of kneeling for OT, attempted two straight hook and laterals. The second returned for a pick 6 to end the game. I’ll never forget it.

I used to ride my bike from her house to go eat some of those melt in your mouth donuts that Clarence Villemarrette baked at Shipley's back in the day.

Pardon for venting. It was a long 8 year pay back! West Monroe embarrassed Central 56 - 3 ...kept "Starters" in entire game.
Trying to remember but I seem to recall that WM had pulled their starters in the 3rd when they game was no longer in question.
The Central coach opted to leave his starters in the game.
Its usually a 'gentlemans agreement' to pull your starters when the game is no longer in question. The Central coach went against that.
Any who. Congrats on the win for your team. Good luck against Neville. I am not a Neville fan but Neville is a lot better that WM is.

Spot a ball. I’ll put mine out there, you do as you please.

That’s how backups get hurt though… if they were ready to play against starters, they’d be starters

My boy is a soph and has been going against 1s since his freshman year. They all do. It’s how you get better. It does him zero good to come in as a backup and destroy some terrible player. I want to see him challenged. If he fails it is a learning experience if he succeeds it is a confidence builder

Ask your dad if he knew “Boots”, initials JP, 1961 Bunkie graduate. We had a Polled Hereford ranch north of town. I also spent many weeks in Bunkie during the summer growing up. My grandparents lived on Lexington. I miss those days like you can’t imagine.

Highlight of my freshman year was tackling a future nfl back in open field.
