247 drastically underrates transfers - only 5 players rated above 95 vs 75 in High School

I believe 6 of the last 8 Heisman Trophy winners have been transfers. 247 only has 5 players that are rated above 95 in last years transfer class. They have 75 high school seniors in the Class of 2025 rated above 95. That can't be right. That number should be closer together considering there are typically just as many seniors in high school playing FBS college football the next year verse the amount of transfers in FBS in a given year.
They're essentially saying that incoming Freshman have 15x as many elite players as transfer portal classes as 75/5 is 15.

Yeah this ain’t the old days where you transferred because you couldn’t cut it… a lot of the seniors in HS have been replaced by transfers from lower divisions

I used to call it the portal potty, and in some ways it still is. But there's always some top-level dudes who want to move on to bigger and better things such as LSU.

Is that true? You're saying there are just as many transfers as freshmen in college football?
