Agree, but it has nothing to do with the eventual result, just the matchup. It's a good test for both teams and they'll learn from it, but it'd be the same whether we win or lose.

I doubt it. OSU lost to UNC last year in an early tough game last year, for example (a UNC who didn't make the tourney) and won 8 of the next 9 (most without Turner) and still had a great season, earning a 2 seed.

The committee doesn't look a whole lot at games this early. Even if it did make a difference, moving from a 1 to a 2 or vice versa isn't a huge difference. All those teams around there will be great.

I'm not saying this isn't a good game, or that it's not entertaining or that I wouldn't love a win. I'm just saying it doesn't make a huge difference whether it's a win or loss. And that's one aspect where cfb blows cbb out of the water. I didn't mean to start some huge controversy or outrage with that post.

Yea if they can play sullinger at PF with Lauderdale at C we have the size to match up with the Gators. But we don't have the depth on the front line
