Decided to delete my prior posts in favor of this one.
Brusly has moved on from the Mediocrity of the Erik Willis era. It's a great move for Willis to go to Plaquemine. There is much he can learn from Coach Distefano about being a true mentor to his players and a builder of young men. Something that Willis obviously lost somewhere along the way.

Willis has been trying to get that job for years. Some funny coincidences in this thread as Don Jones was my neighbor growing up and still lives next to my parents and I worked with lil Walt. Had some fun times at the camp with him.

Not certain about Capone but I hope the next Brusly Coach puts the Gold back in the uniforms, places the past team & player pics back up on the wall and gets rid of that God awful new emblem B and goes back to the old B without the embarrassing fake bear claw.

Are all of those all-state baseball players coming back out for football ? I heard they have two good qbs that quit . I understand if they don't , since the Yankees used Brusly as a farm system for their minor league teams .
