How crazy is getting #25 in Australia. of all places.

Rooting for him hard in final
Hoping against reality that he has a Mike drop moment and rails against COVID and Australian govt then exits from the victory circle.
He’s too graceful for that, which is part of the reason he’s the GOAT, bar none. The dudes mentality would lead him to be the greatest in anything he does. Lucky for tennis fans, he chose this sport.

LSU Alum Neal Skupski going for his 2nd Men's Doubles slam tonight. -180 favorite.
Finished as runner up twice last year in the French and US Open. Won 2023 Wimbledon. Also won a couple of mixed doubles Wimbledon titles in 2021 and 2022.

Our restaurant messaged him on insta last night and wished him luck.
He responded pretty immediately.
He and his fiancé have been in twice.
Incredibly nice ppl.

Well, Australia is one of only four places he can win #25, and it has been the most successful slam tournament of his career. So I’m gonna say… not too crazy.

Congrats to Rybakina.

Surprising result to me based solely on Sabalenka’s run through the tournament.

Watching a replay now. All the screaming on every serve is so distracting.
Also, Sabalenka is a big bitch. I'll bet she's a monster in bed.

I would call a hindrance on 80% of Sabalenka's shots. She is continuing her shrieking long after her ball crosses the net.

Djokovic looking like a machine

1-1. This is going to get tense.

I know that weather is throwing them.

Novak steamrolled that first set. His serve was on point, dominant forehand, and hardly any errors, then a huge dip in form the 2nd set. Interesting to see how the rest plays out. Will either pick it up and start playing really well, will tired legs from their semi matches start to show.

Alcaraz is heating up. That was a hell of a return on that break point. That’s an ace on almost anybody else
Posted on 2/1/26 at 4:32 am to cfish140
The scales are starting to tip. Alcaraz looking to put a stranglehold on this one.

Don't know if there is enough in the thank for Novak to make another 2-1 comeback, and don't know if Carlos will allow it.
