My girlfriend's father is an Englishman who also supports the US MNT (outside of the English team of course), and he says this all the time. He was sickened at how little people knew or cared about the US's epic defeat of Spain.

The US cares about the Mens basketball team when they beat other countries who they SHOULD beat. But they don't care about the US Soccer team when they are underdogs. Pathetic.

Be ready for it in the 2nd half.

You can feel Brazil's pressure right now. I think it started right after I made that post!

I hope we come out and play the way we've been playing. Don't change what is working. 2-0 isn't safe. Can't do that when its Brazil you're playing.

Great first half. Some of the best football I've seen played by the US.

Hard to support a team without a bandwagon to join for most Americans. I'm glad to see more support though.

I think it's OK to do a little. It worked fine against Spain. When you have a keeper of Tim's quality and the backs that we do, you can afford to a little. I don't mean a complete shell, or anything, but you don't need to get too aggressive at this point and give up a counter attack or something stupid like that. JMO.

it's unbelievable...

American fans says baseball has too much downtime. Soccer is boring.

But the sport of choice (which I also love)...football. Doesn't it have more downtime that all the sports put together?
