Any chance Minn pulls this off tonight?

Too many question marks in the LB corps and secondary for me to say yes. I said it in another thread, but Buckeyes by 17.

The same can be said about Ohio State.

First game of the year, at home, OSU coming to town with a new QB. They should be pumped up.

Not likely, but one can always hope.

The spread was already at risk. Ohio State is a sucker bet at -14 imo

Chris Autman-Bell will be at less than 100% + Tanner Morgan was average in 2020 without Rashod Bateman and Tyler Johnson. I don’t expect Minnesota to do much through the air, but PJ Fleck will want to shorten the game and lean on Mo Ibrahim + an experienced OL.

Rain should help keep this game close for a little while, but neither Ibrahim or Minnesota are explosive. If Ohio State athletes break loose a couple times, I’m not sure this game will be close.

I didn’t bet the spread either way on this game, but I took u64.5 on Tuesday. I still like it.
