USC v UCLA is the only intra city football rivalry in FBS. More recently, both teams have worn their home uniforms in the Rose Bowl.

One of the best CFB games ever was when 6-5 UCLA beat #2 USC in 2006.

Some other possibilities of both teams wearing their home unis: Wisconsin v Michigan, Pitt v NC State, Bama v Kentucky, Boston College v Duke.
