I know A&M ultimately killed us (LSU) but that first half instilled a lot of doubt of them in me. They're last year's Indiana but in the SEC.

In theory, Bama loses, Bama is out. Lane leaves Ole Miss but they go to the SECCG and get whooped by UGA, giving the committee reason enough to leave them out as they arent the same team. Depending on where Texas is slotted and other factors it could happen.
