Some of the personnel moves didn't make sense to me from Philadelphia. You bring in Kelly and you ship off McCoy to pick up Murray at RB? McCoy seemed like a much better fit in that system IMO

Offense is inevitably taking a step back for a while on attrition alone and their defense is perpetually shambolic (86th and 88th in points and yards allowed with no real signs of improvement)
It's more likely that this is UCLA's peak than ongoing status quo

If Kelly manages to quickly throw together a solid offense with just his 2nd QB in 6 seasons as the bill comes due on upperclassman attrition, you can move him into that group of conference peers. Top 10 nationwide is a little ridiculous though
