This is out of frickimg control. How is that not targeting? That was what the rule was written for. Refs have no fricking clue how to access this penalty

Ok couple things,
1. Obviously feel horrible for Kiel and hope with all hope and prayers that this ends up not being as severe as it appears
2. Feel awful for the kid who hit him as well, the speed these guys are moving at you know he didn't do that on purpose and certainly didn't want this to happen
3. I know this isn't the best time but frick ESPN for being ridiculous not showing the replay. Then of course they just show it with no warning which I thought was odd

If that WASN'T targeting, then targeting should NEVER be called again. That was the very definition of targeting. frick that thug arse school
