Ha ha. You buying in too? You need to transfer in to CU. Rhule didn’t do anything unreasonable, just like Ed Werder didn’t write anything bad. Deion is successfully playing mind
games with his team. Don’t embarrass yourself.

Having Deion in football is fun. Imagine an entire league full of Matt Rhule as head coaches. I want the Kiffens and Spurriers and Deions.

Colorado is one year too early.

Next year with this same squad in the B12 and the 12 team playoff, they likely have a chance to make that.

They aren't running the table in the P12, there are too many good QBs.

He’s also 0-2 to Prime’s 2-0 and got his arse kicked by the Buffs. So maybe he’s wrong.

Right. Kelce was talking last year like nobody believed in the Chiefs. It's an eyerolling thing whenever the favorite or the blue bloods start talking like they had to overcome tremendous adversity or legions of naysayers never gave them a chance. fricking yawn.

Finding a way to have your people perform with a chip on their shoulder is a very effective leadership strategy. No hate from me.

It's pretty hard to find a picture of Deion with his mouth closed. Sounds like the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Sure. He’s absolutely motivating his players.

Conversely, are people allowed to call him out as being full of it without being labeled as racist or “wanting him to fail”?

He also needs to remember that he’s starting from scratch like Deion without the super low expectations.

Depends on what you’re calling him out for.

For constantly claiming this “Everyone is against us” narrative.

“We’re doing things that have never been done and that makes people uncomfortable. When you see a confident black man sitting up here talking his talk and walking his walk, coaching 75 percent African-Americans in the locker room, that’s kind of threatening. Oh, they don’t like that…“

Seriously? What straw man is rooting against him? He’s acting like he’s the first black coach of a football team.

Not really. People on this board are already on that bullshite with the Sean Lewis "fat, middle-aged white guy" nonsense. Deion himself spends too much time on racial narratives.

Rhule called out Prime for the cameras and I believe the portal usage. Thought I heard them say Rhule was standing on the Buff.

Werder said he was a celebrity coach. Assumed the Sanders took that as a slight meaning he couldn't coach.

I guess some has brought into the Prime persona and think he would fail as a HC.

I get why they using that to motivate.

It happens. Kirby is notorious for somehow convincing his players that the world thinks they're just a mediocre team.

The disrespect narrative is huge in sports. Even Tom Brady used it throughout his career.

Burrow was taunting the Texas crowd during the game and that entire team showboated the entire year and lsu fans cheered it on

Lsu players have been acting this way for 20 years

This wasn't the typical disrespect some coaches use saying "They thought we'd be 7-5!". This was south side style disrespect.
