I got 2nd moderna yesterday. I don't feel as bad as I was bracing for but still kinda shitty. Temp was just under 100 last night. If I was under the covers, I'd be burning up, get out from them and I'd be freezing. So I woke up just before 4 and couldn't get back to sleep. I did take a 2.5 hour nap later on this morning and already feel like I'm ready for another one.

I got Pfizer... being exhausted for a day was the only side effect.

That and increased 5G reception.

I took that 2.5 hour nap, haven't done anything since but get dressed and walk around the house for a bit and I'm exhausted again. I've got a pretty wicked headache too but all in all I was expecting to feel worse but I can weather this for a day.

I got Pfizer and was absolutely beat for 48 hours after my 2nd. Seriously could have slept for two days straight. Had no other side effects except that

Moderna got me worse on the 1st shot, could hardly lift my arm for like 2 days. Felt a little groggy after my 2nd but fairly do-able

I can't wait for the day when I get to wave my little card at a Karen that's mad for me not wearing a mask outside

The only place that's been a dick about me not wearing a mask is Total Wine... but they had some Blanton's for me so I put on a disposable one.

Then proceeded to take if off 20 times in the store to try samples.

fricking jokes.

I was riding my bike on the Hike & Bike trail a few months ago and a middle-aged woman loudly proclaimed "oh we have a superhuman in our midst"

I'm all for being safe but jfc

I run at Memorial fairly often and it’s rare you see someone walking or running with a mask on, but I still get the occasional glance. The best was last summer when it was 100 degrees idiots subjecting themselves to that

Adamant mask-wearing is definitely a form of virtue signaling these days. It doesn't help that the CDC has put out the most conflicting information I've ever seen this year.

Anyways, I've completely forgotten but does Ohtani hit for himself when he pitches or do they use a DH still?

He'll probably hit tonight.

He started out hitting for himself when he pitches but they pretty quickly went back to a DH.

Seeing the idea of the Vegas A's has visions of a DAT road trip dancing in my head.

They should crowd source their stadium funding. I'll happily chip in a few bucks to help the Astros avoid playing in that shithole any longer.

In reality, we don't want this move. At all. Las Vegas A's become a financial monster. The AL West doesn't want that.

Yes this kind of been in the elephant in the room in regards to division pecking order for a while I feel like. The A’s front office with financial flexibility become pretty dangerous
