8-6 in June with a bunch of missed opportunities.
Series with Chicago, Baltimore, Colorado, and the Mets and a couple off days sprinkled in. They aren’t going to, but really need to find a way to win 9 of the last 11 this month!

I’ll take the win and the series win. Thinking it’s a springboard to something more substantial, though, would be foolish.

They are a .500 or below team and have been since last year’s all star break. If they sneak in the postseason, can they make noise? Yeah.
But, they are a long way away from getting there and are going to actually have to start winning in chunks at some point to dig out of the hole they are in.
Hell, I don’t know. Maybe they are just a whisker away from wrecking shop, but it seems like they are done and need a reset.

Has Bagwell broken the DAT? The team has performed woefully, but…
A couple of off day notes, both per Rome:

The champs have found themselves in 3rd place looking up at the Asstros. Sad.
Meanwhile, the A's have DFA'd JD Davis. Methinks he'll be an Astro soon.
