Just ripped my damn throat from going ape shite over here. Of course the cross came from Sagna, if it was Walcott it would have been straight into the damn defender.

How on earth did they blow that 5 v 1 break away at the end? Also, damn they bout nearly gave up two scoring opportunities at the very very very very end of the match.

well, he's in good form at the moment. he's pretty much won the game or swayed it in our direction several times in the last 5-6 matches or so

How on earth Wenger came to the decision to start Walcott is a mystery. Eboue has been in great form out on the right wing as of late. I guess Walcott's late game goal moved him to the first side.

because you have two games next week far more important than this

espn gamecast needs to update...

Tomorrow we are all Everton fans.

Elijah Wood and West Ham hopefully will lose 12-0.

Some other news in the world of bouncing round balls.

Borussia Dortmund go within a point of the Champions League places in Germany. Their 2-1 win over Werder Bremen, combined with Bayer Leverkusen's 3-2 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt, means the men in yellow are right in the hunt for a top-3 finish.

Newcastle United is just a point away from promotion back to the Premiership after a 3-2 win at fledgling Peterborough. They could have won promotion today, but Nottingham Forest held on for a 1-1 draw at Bristol City to prolong it for another week.

Leeds United dropped their fourth straight game, losing 3-0 at home against Swindon. After spending much of the season at the top of League One, they now sit fifth and will have their work cut out to try to secure a playoff berth.

By the way, someone is getting whacked later today in the Derby di Sicilia when Catania host Palermo.

To avoid reading the whole thread, did anyone notice Mo Edu scored the only goal for Rangers in their win today?

This game could actually have been 7 or 8 nil at half.

Burnley has had great home support this season. Their defeat of United seems so long ago.
